clean rooms - spacious with a lovely view. The staff - especially Latitia and Cisca - were really helpful. You can use the facilities at the hotel next door, and the breakfast was great.

The hotel was within walking distance of the town centre and bus station, if you don't mind hills! It was very clean and our studio was basic but adequate. The pool area was delightful and the restaurant served excellent breakfasts (included) and dinners.

The balcony of our studio had limited view, but this was not important for us. We would have liked an information pack in the room, including prices of drinks in the fridge. However, there were lots of leaflets in reception.

Everything was excellent ! Location is great, the hotel rooms are very large and the staff is really nice. They allowed us to stay until 6 PM because our plane was at 9.

The location of the hotel is convenient, being close to the center and near everything. The spacious rooms and nicely renovated apartments offer a comfortable stay. The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The large private balcony offers a beautiful view of Teide and the sea. Additionally, the well-equipped kitchen with a two-ring electric hob adds convenience to the stay.

The noise from dogs barking and early morning traffic outside the hotel can be bothersome.

The apartment was quiet with location very close to centre, all the restaurants are and beautiful surroundings. The room was modern and available with very nice view, a good shower, as example.

Silent, good beds. Better offers than Booked.net stated (such as wifi). Ok location. As I do speak german, ok stay - though very german :-) which included very nice german bakery.

Poorly equipped kitchen - needed to buy a lot of things that should have been there...

Convenient Taxis for Uphill Travels!

The taxi service was a real lifesaver, especially when heading back uphill. Everyone there was really friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience great. 😊

We had a nice stay at this place near the center and a park, it was comfortable and surrounded by beautiful scenery.

A nice quiet location, but still very handy for the town.We had a great view from our balcony too.

The views towards the mountains were really fantastic.

I had to ask for pillows - only 1 in room! Information mentiopned `mini bar` in fridge - empty but did not really need anything anyway.

I had a fabulous and relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings at Apartamentos Tigaiga Suites. The breakfast was lovely and the pool and gardens were a great way to unwind. The view from my room was fantastic, and I enjoyed the quiet and pleasant area, which was within walking distance of the town. I strongly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation.

Very quiet and peaceful place. Nice and clean.

There is no reception in the evening and night. So if you lost your key or the lift broke and you were alone it could be a problem. The aparthotel is far from the centre of the town. It is fine going down into the town but the hill back up could be exhausting if you are not fit.
